Bowling Tournament
AirCargo 2013 is holding a bowling tournament extravaganza, Sponsored by American Airlines Cargo and you are invited! This is included in your registration fees and will be held onsite at Red Rock Lanes - Monday, March 11th from 7:00-9:00pm. If you would like to participate both individuals and teams are welcome! If you don't bowl that's fine, we are still having a full reception, with lots to do!

with your team name, four team member names and shoe sizes by Wednesday, March 6, 2013. You will be able to sign up for the tournament on-site and at the actual event, but if you sign up by March 6 you will be able to avoid the wait the day of the tournament and your shoes and information will already be waiting for you at your specified lane.

Training Session on Lithium Batteries - Still Time to Register
Shipment and handling of lithium batteries is a critical air cargo issue due to past incidents and the recent fires aboard the Boeing Dreamliner. With this a headline issue, AirCargo 2013 will provide a focused training workshop to all attendees on the subject matter of lithium batteries. This workshop will be limited to a first come first serve basis for the first 50 attendees.

Red Rock Spa - Offers AirCargo Attendees a Discount

Golf Tournament
The AirCargo 2013 Golf Tournament is being held at:
The Arroyo Golf Club 2250 Red Springs Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89135 (702) 258-2300
Buses Leave for the Golf Course Outside Main Hotel Entrance at 6:30 AM & 6:45 AM sharp.
Registration, Continental Breakfast and Range Open will be 6:45 AM - 7:45 AM, with a Shot Gun Start at 8:00 AM. The tournament will be followed by Lunch and an award ceremony.
Buses will be returning no later than 2:00 PM to the Red Rock Casino.

Dress Code
Business casual is appropriate throughout the event. However, for the evening functions the following alternatives are also acceptable:
Sunday Opening Reception sponsored by Forward Air - at this highly attended Opening event food, drinks and great company will be in abundance - Business Casual or Business can be worn.
Monday Bowling Tournament - Business Casual, or wear your favorite bowling shirt to represent YOUR team.
Closing Event sponsored by Southwest Airlines Cargo is at the very popular Hofbrauhaus, and with its authentic German beers and food, and relaxing ambience either Business Casual, or Casual is perfectly acceptable.
