Dale Grosso is the Director of Domestic Operations with AIT Worldwide
logistics and has been with AIT for eight plus years. He as oversight for all
North American middle mile operations, sourcing and capacity procurement
and carrier relations along with other high performing responsibilities to
claims prevention, safety, and security. Dale began his 41-year logistics
career out of college with Roadway Express as a management trainee.
Following his 15 years of leadership positions in trucking, he transitioned
into air freight forwarding with Eagle USA Air Freight, which eventually
evolved to EGL and then to CEVA Logistics. He has held various leadership
roles such as Director of Operations, Managing Director, and Regional VP of
Operations throughout his career. Dale and his wife Dianne enjoy their
marriage of 42 years and have three married children and seven
grandchildren.
