Francesca is a global Human Resources executive and five-time Chief People Officer. She joined from Wheels Up where she was Chief People Officer and a key executive responsible for taking the company public via a SPAC merger. Prior to that she led HR Business Partnering at Adobe and served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Magento. Francesca has held senior leadership positions with major corporations including eBay, GE Capital, and Macy’s. She has a BA from Hofstra University and a MS from The New School.
