Nancee Ronning serves as Chief Commercial Officer at Forward. As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, she is responsible for the development and execution of Forward’s commercial strategy. Prior to joining Forward in 2022, Nancee was Chief Operating Officer at BNSF Logistics, a role she held after previously serving as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. During her career, Nancee has held leadership positions at Print Craft, C.H. Robinson, Merrill Corporation and GE Capital. A true strategic leader with a passion for creative collaboration and an eye for opportunity, she believes investment in people is truly the way forward. Nancee brings decades of experience in developing and executing growth strategies to the Forward leadership team and the Company’s commercial division. Nancee earned her bachelor’s degree in international relations and affairs from the University of Minnesota.
