Neel is EVP of Air Strategy and Carrier Development at Flexport, a leading technology platform for global logistics, where he oversees Flexport’s airfreight strategy as well as key carrier relationships to ensure dependable and flexible access to capacity for Flexport’s airfreight clients.
A widely recognized leader in the global logistics industry, Neel was formerly the SVP and Chief Cargo Officer at Delta Airlines and VP of Sales and Marketing at United Airlines. As the head of Delta Cargo, Neel led approximately 2,000 employees worldwide and oversaw over $1 Billion in freight and mail revenue. During his time at United, Neel rebuilt the sales and marketing organization of United Cargo, increasing revenues by $145 million and doubling its contributions to the parent organization. Neel sits on the board of Amerijet International, serves as a senior advisor to The Boston Consulting Group, and holds an MBA from Columbia University.
